Subscription Terms and Conditions

$50 per hour per month (50% off for subscribing, normally $100). There are no hidden fees, and subscribers can pause or cancel the subscription at any time.

Service Details

The Future Cloud Design subscription includes the following services: WordPress updates, Graphic Design, design modifications, SEO optimization, Performance optimization, custom coding, in-person consultations, content creation, animations, and other digital marketing services.

The Future Cloud Design subscription is limited to the number of hours selected in your plan. Allotted hours can be adjusted anytime and adjustments will be applied to the next billing cycle. Unused hours will not carry over to the following month.

Billing and Payment

Subscribers will be billed every 30 days. Payment methods accepted are credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer.

Term and Renewal

The subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel.

Subscriber Responsibilities

Subscribers may submit requests to Future Cloud Design via email. For urgent requests, please send a text message. Future Cloud Design may send update suggestions from time to time for the Subscriber’s approval.

Intellectual Property

You will always maintain ownership of the website design and any content created during the subscription. All assets will be made available for download upon cancellation.

Generally, Future Cloud Design retains data, but after cancellation, your data may be deleted from Future Cloud Design’s backup after 6 months of inactivity. Future Cloud Design LLC is not responsible for archiving your data.

Termination

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the billing cycle renews. If canceled mid-month, there will be no prorated amounts or refunds. If you decide to cancel, Future Cloud Design will deauthorize any WordPress Plugins, such as Elementor, ACF Pro, or any other agency-level subscriptions required to keep the website working. Subscribers may choose to re-subscribe to these services on their own.
